Fried fish


4 white fish fillet (8 ounce each)
Salt and lemon to taste
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons White miso seasoning
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Season the fish fillets with salt and lemon. Set aside.
In a bowl, dissolve the White miso seasoning to milk. Add the flour, cornstarch, oil, and stir until smooth. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
Pass the fillets for the mixture, fry in oil leaving browned on both sides.
