Ginger Beef Stir-Fry


2 teaspoons oil
1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons Red miso seasoning
salt to taste


Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the steak, stir quickly and cook until browned. Add onion, pepper, ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season with Red miso seasoning and salt. Serve immediately afterwards.
