Baked Mashed Potato with Ground Beef Filling



6 large peeled potatoes, cut into cubes
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste

3 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 grated onion
600 grams of ground beef
100 grams of sliced ​​black olives
1 tablespooon Red miso seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the potatoes to cook until very soft. With a slotted spoon to mash the potatoes turn a cream. Add milk and butter and stir until smooth. Salt to taste, set aside.
In a deep pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion. Put the meat and cook on low heat. Add olives and simmer until dry. Add Red miso seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste.
In an ovenproof dish place the meat on the bottom and cover with a layer of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at medium oven until the surface are browned.
