Beef Stroganoff with Rice

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
500g beef tenderloin, cut into cubes or strips
1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms
2 teaspoons Red miso seasoning
6 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cream without serum


In a saucepan, over medium heat, heat the butter, add the onion and the meat. Fry for 10 minutes or until slightly dry. Add the mushrooms, mix with ketchup, mustard, water and Red miso seasoning, cook for 5 minutes. Place the cream and mix. If the mixture are too sticky add milk. Serve with white rice and fries.
